If I have a laptop, the internet, and a webcam, and a website, and I want to broadcast a conference session online and post it in a window on the website, what sort of online services would I need to use to broadcast the streaming video? Preferably one that uses some sort of web-standards (like flash?) that would make it easy to integrate on the webpage and easy for anyone to view without downloading a million proprietary plug-ins. thanks,
