Conference Call Providers

conference call … video conference bra technical issue

I cant seem to make conference calls even though i use the join calls option?! How does one make a conference call using SE K790i?
Also i want to go for GPRS however i ‘m looking for a economical plan..Which service provider in India provides economical rates for GPRS? Airtel,Idea,BSNL,Vodafone?
